I have known the team at STVR for over 20 years and my time in the National Programme and they’ve been an asset to me both as a person looking for a job, and also as a client. I’ve regularly engaged with Wes and his team over the years and in a time of need I’ve always been able to rely on them. From key individuals, deployment teams, challenging person specifications and urgent resource demands. they have always been there. Recruitment is an industry where it’s very easy to feel like a commodity and fed a pile of CVs for people who clearly aren’t a fit the role or the culture. With but with STVR they seem to prioritise relationships over the transaction - ensuring it is the right individual who is also a good cultural fit - and it works. STVR have placed me into leadership roles 4 times now in my career and have been responsible for helping me build teams in each of those roles. I could not have done it without them.
