Service Desk Analysts

 

Location: West Yorkshire – 5 days onsite
Contract Type: 5 week short term engagement

 

About the Role

We are seeking Service Desk Analysts with experience in providing IT support within the Acute/Hospital sector. You will have comprehensive experience in providing first-line technical IT support to corporate users at all levels. Typical activities include the installation of software, investigation and triage of technical issues, and user account and security management. This role is crucial in providing first-line technical support to healthcare professionals and maintaining critical systems.

 

This is a 5 week engagement from Monday to Friday working a 12 hour shift from 8am until 8pm each day. We are looking for varying levels of seniority, so rate will be dependent on level of experience.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk role within NHS or healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of NHS IT systems and applications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
