As the Recruitment and Operations Consultant at St. Vincent Resourcing, Cheryll brings 17 years of professional expertise in all facets of human capital and workforce management. With extensive experience as a Global Consultant in the Asia, US, and UK markets, she has developed a deep understanding of multiple industries, but with a more recent focus on the healthcare technology market in the UK.
Throughout her career, Cheryll has held leadership roles, including Head of Global Sourcing, VP of HR, and Director of Recruitment Operations for various international business entities. She has been instrumental in overseeing entire business operations, ensuring successful hiring KPIs that contribute to company growth.
Cheryll's expertise includes Strategic Creative Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, Executive Search, and Workforce Management. She has led numerous successful recruitment drives and hiring programs for established corporations, small to medium enterprises, and startups.
Cheryll holds a degree in Psychology which we find works particularly well with the more clinically elements of the work we’re involved in at St Vincent’s.
Cheryll is a strong proponent of working smart. As a full-time working Mom, she lives by the principle: "I approach parenting as if I don't have a job, and I approach my job as if I'm not a parent. The key? Striking the right balance."
